To solve the natural tendency of cotton to shrink, we utilize a specialized double-sanforizing process. By pre-shrinking the fabric under controlled tension and heat, we guarantee a residual shrinkage of less than ±3% (ISO 6330), ensuring the finished safety garments maintain their fit and professional look through repeated laundering.

While flame retardant treatments can sometimes weaken fibers, our THPC ammonia-cure process is optimized to balance protection and strength.
