1. Residual Shrinkage Management (±3% Control)

To solve the natural tendency of cotton to shrink, we utilize a specialized double-sanforizing process. By pre-shrinking the fabric under controlled tension and heat, we guarantee a residual shrinkage of less than ±3% (ISO 6330), ensuring the finished safety garments maintain their fit and professional look through repeated laundering.

2. High Mechanical Strength & Tear Resistance

While flame retardant treatments can sometimes weaken fibers, our THPC ammonia-cure process is optimized to balance protection and strength. Our 100% Cotton FR fabrics maintain high tensile and tearing strength, ensuring the workwear survives the mechanical stress of heavy-duty industrial environments like welding and oil rigs.

3. Multi-Hazard Protection Standards

Our production is strictly monitored to comply with multiple global safety benchmarks:

• EN ISO 11612: Protection against heat and flame.

• EN ISO 11611: Specialized protection for welding and allied processes.

• NFPA 2112: Standard on flame-resistant garments for protection of industrial personnel against short-duration thermal exposures from fire.

4. Safety & Low-Formaldehyde Control (<75ppm)

We prioritize wearer safety with a professional approach to chemical finishing. While THPC technology inherently involves formaldehyde in its chemical reaction, our advanced ammonia-curing and intensive neutralization-washing processes ensure that residual levels are strictly controlled.
