FR Fabric Categories

We understand the limitations of single-capability protection. Therefore, our new fabrics are engineered with multi-functional properties—integrating FR, anti-static, oil/water repellency, and acid & alkali resistant—to provide workers with comprehensive, multi-layered defense against complex workplace risks.

Quality Control From Yarn to Finished FR Fabric

Quality control is built into every stage of our flame-resistant fabric production. From raw material selection and greige fabric inspection to FR finishing, final testing and sample retention, each step is controlled to help ensure consistent performance from one production batch to the next.

Selected yarn used as raw material for flame-resistant fabric production

Yarn & Raw Material Selection

Consistent fabric quality starts with the right raw materials. We select yarn and fiber blends according to the required fabric specification, including composition, yarn count, strength and intended end use.Proper material control provides a reliable foundation for fabric strength, appearance, dyeing consistency and final FR performance.

Greige Fabric Inspection

Before dyeing and finishing, greige fabric is inspected for weaving quality and common defects such as uneven construction, broken yarns, holes and surface irregularities.Key specifications such as fabric construction, width and weight are also checked before the fabric moves to the next production stage.

Dyeing & FR Finishing Control

Dyeing and flame-retardant finishing are closely controlled throughout production. Process parameters are monitored according to the fabric composition and required performance, helping maintain consistent shade, dimensional stability, hand feel and durable flame-resistant properties.

Finished Fabric Inspection & Roll Sampling

Finished fabrics undergo final visual inspection during the rolling process before packing. Our quality team checks fabric appearance, shade consistency, width, surface defects and other visible quality issues. A representative fabric sample is also cut from each roll for retention and further testing, providing a reference for quality verification and batch traceability.

In-house laboratory used for flame-resistant fabric quality testing and performance verification

Laboratory Testing

Representative production samples are tested according to the customer's specification and applicable performance requirements. Depending on the fabric, testing may include fabric weight, shrinkage, tensile and tear strength, colorfastness, flame resistance and other protective performance requirements. For projects requiring specific certifications or standards, relevant test requirements are confirmed before production.

Customer-approved and finished production FR fabric samples retained for batch consistency checks

Sample & Batch Retention

For customer-approved fabrics, we retain reference samples together with representative samples from finished production. These retained samples provide a physical benchmark for future repeat orders and make it easier to compare color, hand feel, construction and overall fabric quality between different production batches. This additional control helps us maintain greater consistency in long-term supply.
